I am Alicia, an Experience Designer who excels at embracing product vision, user story mapping, and being able to put myself in the user’s shoes.

Thanks to many fruitful experiences working in a team, I believe in people over practice. Though the latter holds value, the former must always take priority.

I put an emphasis on human-centered design principles while regularly evaluating whether or not processes are supporting people and solving their problems.

I am also dedicated to perpetual self-improvement, both in deepening my skills and learning from new perspectives.
